The IGAD Spatial portal is intended to provide spatial services to a larger audience with no or little GIS experience. Layers are given for further use in GIS environment by experts. Finished and ready to use map products are listed at the "Documents and Maps" category. Users can also compose their maps interactively making use of the base maps and layers provided in the portal.

Technical meeting to facilitate cross-border dialogue meeting for IGAD Cluster 4

11 October 2018, Addis Ababa:  A two-day technical meeting has been convened by the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) to discuss experiences gained in implementing cross-border development, identify challenges and opportunities for launching the  IGAD Cluster 4 (Dikhil), and agree on the modalities for cooperation and collaboration.
