DESCRIPTION:The IGAD Climate Prediction and Applications Centre (ICPAC) in collaboration with the Kenya Meteorological Department (KMD) and partners are jointly organizing the Fifty Fourth Greater Horn of Africa Climate Outlook (GHACOF 54) to be held in Mombasa, Kenya from 27 to 29 January 2020. It will be held within the framework of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) regional strategy for mainstreaming climate information in key socioeconomic sectors for sustainable development. Its theme will be “Managing Climate-Related Risks for Resilience”.
