This edition of the Regional bulletin focuses mainly on the disease status in the IGAD region during 2014, reports on emerging diseases such as the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), inter-country cross-border meetings, and vaccinations campaigns within cross-border areas in the Greater Horn of Africa and promotion of livestock export trade through livestock quarantines.
