Abstract:
This document is the communique of the second IDDRSI Platform General Assembly meeting was held on 26th March 2014 at the Speke Resort Munyonyo, Kampala, Uganda. The meeting was chaired by Hon. Dr. G/Egzeabhare G/Yohannes Minister from the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Chair of the IGAD Council of Ministers.
