These recommendations were made by the partners of the IGAD Drought Disaster Resilience and Sustainability Initiative (IDDRSI), including the IGAD Member States, Development Partners, UN Agencies, AUC, Non-State Actors, and the IGAD Secretariat, held the 2nd meeting of the IDDRSI Platform Steering Committee on 24-25 March 2014, Kampala, Uganda.
