These recommendations were made by the partners of the IGAD Drought Disaster Resilience and Sustainability Initiative (IDDRSI), including the IGAD Member States, Development Partners, UN Agencies, AUC, Non-State Actors, and the IGAD Secretariat, held the 7th meeting of the IDDRSI Platform Steering Committee on 20 January 2017 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
