These recommendations were made by the partners of the IGAD Drought Disaster Resilience and Sustainability Initiative (IDDRSI), including the IGAD Member States, Development Partners, UN Agencies, AUC, Non-State Actors, and the IGAD Secretariat, held the 9th meeting of the IDDRSI Platform Steering Committee on 17-18 December 2018 in Djibouti.
