Abstract:
This policy brief aims to prove how pastoralism, being a multi-billion-dollar economy and its significance in creating wealth to individuals, households and the national economy at large has largely been largely under-valued due to lack of empirical evidence. It thus seeks to monetise the benefits of pastoral and agro-pastoral systems and provide good evidence for policy decision making in Ethiopia.
